Terms of Use
These terms cover use of LOST-TCG, operated from France. Support: lost.tcgofficial@gmail.com. Creating an account requires accepting these terms and reading the Privacy Notice.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher applicable local age requirement. The site contains adult fantasy illustrations. The age screen is a declaration, not an identity check. Do not access the adult game if you do not qualify.
Accounts and fair play
Provide an email you control, verify it and keep your credentials private. Do not automate abuse, exploit bugs, disrupt the service, impersonate others or access another account. Report security problems privately. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or unlawful activity and explain the reason where appropriate.
Cards, gems and trading
Cards and gems are virtual game items with no cash redemption or promised monetary value. They are not an investment. Pack outcomes are random according to the rates shown in the game. Auctions hold a listed card; bids reserve gems until you win or are outbid. Later bids must satisfy the displayed minimum, and accepted bids in the final 10 seconds reset the timer to one minute. Timed buy requests reserve their price and refund it if unfilled. Account deletion permanently removes your remaining game inventory and cancels or withdraws your active market participation.
Patreon membership
Patreon subscriptions and payments occur on Patreon and follow its applicable terms. Membership codes are issued after eligibility is checked, are single-use, can be account-restricted and expire unused after 30 days. Automated Supporter codes are sent to the Patreon email and must be redeemed by a verified game account using that address. One Patreon membership links to one game account. After redemption, automated VIP follows the eligible paid membership; it can be suspended when entitlement ends, payment is declined or refunded, or the tier no longer qualifies. Cancelling renewal does not by itself remove remaining access reported by Patreon. Older manually issued codes may require manual eligibility checks. Deleting a game account does not cancel Patreon billing; manage that subscription on Patreon. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
AI artwork and reports
The card artwork is AI-generated. Because the catalogue is large, not every existing image has been individually reviewed. This is a disclosure, not a claim that all images are acceptable or free of rights concerns. Read the artwork notice. Do not submit unlawful material, harassment or malicious reports. Report concerning images through the card-detail Report Image button or email support with the card ID. We review reports and may remove artwork while preserving game records.
Direct player trades
Review both sides before accepting a direct offer. Acceptance transfers the selected copies together; it can reduce card levels. Sending or countering an offer does not reserve copies. If either collection changes, an offer may become unavailable. Auction-listed cards and saved-deck last copies are protected. Offers expire after 48 hours; a counteroffer replaces its parent and requires acceptance by the other player. Limits apply to reduce spam. Do not pressure, mislead or harass players over trades.
Clans and clan marks
Creating a clan consumes 2,000 virtual gems. Donations consume the displayed gem amount and award personal clan marks plus shared clan XP. Marks have no cash value, stay with your account when you leave and can buy the displayed random clan boosters while you are a member. Daily donations and boss attempts are limited per player and reset at 00:00 UTC. Joining requires the displayed score and, where enabled, leader approval. Leaders can remove members or transfer leadership. After leaving or removal, joining or creating another clan is locked for 24 hours. Leaving abandons unfinished boss attempts. A departing leader passes leadership to the longest-serving member; the last member leaving disbands the clan. Review costs and pack odds before confirming actions. Balance may change as described below.
Global and clan chat
Keep chat respectful. Global messages are shared across the game; clan messages are restricted to current members of that clan and the operator. Do not harass other players, spam, impersonate people or publish someone else’s personal information. You can delete your own messages or report a message with a reason. We may remove messages and temporarily mute chat access to address abuse. Posting and reporting limits apply.
Availability and changes
The game is in development. Maintenance, bugs or outages can temporarily interrupt access. Features and balance may change; we communicate material changes where appropriate and aim to preserve valid transfers. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability. Applicable mandatory rights and responsibilities remain in effect.
Closing your account
Use Delete Account at the bottom of Profile, enter your password and type DELETE. The action cannot restore your cards, packs, gems or membership. See the Privacy Notice for residual transaction references and backups. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or contact support.

Contact the operator first so we can investigate. These terms do not prevent you from using applicable complaint procedures or exercising mandatory rights.
